Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, layout, and written material on this domain are the property of Rizzy Designs and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Service information

Information on this website is for general marketing and informational purposes. Specific service scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing should be confirmed in direct communication or a formal agreement.

Project ownership

After the project balance is paid, the client owns the approved website content and final project files created specifically for the engagement. The client also retains ownership of domains and third-party accounts registered in the client’s name.

Rizzy Designs retains ownership of reusable tools, development methods, templates, utilities, and underlying components that were not created exclusively for the client. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, services, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

Clients are not required to remain on a Rizzy Designs maintenance plan after launch.
